On November 8, ADR Partners will hold a conference on “Arbitration and mediation as alternative ways of commercial disputes resolution” in Ani Plaza Hotel.

The following topics will be discussed during the first part: The nature of arbitration and mediation, their types, advantages and negative aspects, arbitration and mediation agreement, and main provisions to be included therein, proposed changes in RA Law "On commercial arbitration” and so on.

The second part involves discussion of the topic “The effective participation of lawyer (attorney) in mediation”. In this discussion General Director of ADR Partners Mushegh Manukyan will present the specifications of lawyer’s (advocate’s) role in mediation, provide practical skills, as well as discuss guarantees of the effective representation of clients' interests.

The above-mentioned discussion is organized only for attorneys and lawyers.
