New Arbitrator in ADR Partners

ADR Partners is pleased to announce that the former Deputy Minister of Justice Aram Orbelyan has joined the company in July, 2014.

 

Aram Orbelyan previously was a Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. From 2009 A. Orbelyan is a lecturer at the Armenian–Russian (Slavonic) University (RAU) at the Department of European and International Law and since 2014 at French University in Armenia (FUA).

 

Aram Orbelyan graduated from the Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO-University), Faculty of International Law and got his specialization in “Jurisprudence” (Specialist in law), where he continued his post-graduate studies and defended his thesis on the following topic: "Right of state to use armed force in modern International Relations" and was awarded a PhD degree. 

 

The fact that Aram Orbelyan joined ADR Partners already speaks about progress, adoption and development of alternative dispute resolution in Armenia, because Aram Orbelyan is a skillful and versed specialist in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
