ADR Partners recommences conduction of professional training courses on negotiation, mediation and arbitration. The total course duration is 30 hours. The participant can choose the entire program or each 10-hour module (negotiation, mediation, arbitration).
The course will be conducted by:
Dr. Mushegh Manukyan, ADR Partners General Director and mediator, lecturer at American University of Armenia and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University,
Dr. Aida Avanessyan, ADR Partners mediator and arbitrator, international arbitrator,
as well as by other specialists in negotiation, psychology and non-verbal negotiation field.
For the first time ADR partners organizes negotiation, mediation and arbitration 5-hour practical skills improving training courses. Mediation and arbitration practical courses are designed for participants who have already attended general trainings or have knowledge in the field of arbitration and mediation.
5-hour negotiation course participants will develop their negotiation skills through practical exercise, which will allow each participant to analyze his/her negotiating style and tactics. Places are limited.
In the framework of 5-hour mediation course participants will conduct mock mediation, after which the process will be analyzed. Special attention will be paid to the mediator’s opening statement. Only 6 places are available.
In the framework of 5-hour arbitration course participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the nature of arbitration award, arbitration award elements, techniques of making an arbitration award. Selected participants will have the opportunity act as a mock arbitrator in role-play circumstances and with the guidance of the presiding arbitrator make an arbitral decision. Places are limited.
