Being the first mediation firm in Armenia, ADR Partners currently calls for participation in the following professional training courses:

• Negotiation

Negotiation training participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge on the basics of negotiation, will master techniques and methods of negotiation, first offer techniques, features of interests and positions, as well as will be able to approbate their knowledge in practical exercises. The training course also includes group negotiations, telephone and e-mail negotiations.

• Mediation

Mediation training participants will be able to gain theoretical and practical knowledge on mediation as an alternative method of dispute resolution. During the training the concept and principles of mediation will be discussed, various approaches in mediation, the structure and purpose of mediation, advantages and disadvantages, the role of the mediator, also the rules of mediation and norm of ethics. Participants of the training will have the opportunity to learn practical skills and techniques of mediation.

• Arbitration

Arbitration training participants will have a unique opportunity to explore legal nature of arbitration, including peculiarities of arbitration and arbitral proceedings, peculiarities of jurisdiction issues in arbitration, the procedural features of international commercial arbitration, international and national legal sources, including peculiarities of Armenian and UK laws on arbitration.   

Trainings will be conducted by internationally qualified experts. Trainings on arbitration will be mostly conducted by an internationally recognized arbitrator Dr. Aida Avanesian, who has many years of arbitration practice abroad.  

Trainings will commence in February 2013. Mediation module started on February 02.
