ADR Partners mediator Mushegh Manukyan acts as a national expert to train Armenian judges about mediation and mediator's skills. During 27-29 June a training session was organized on enhancement of the mediation skills (with the focus on the reconciliation agreements concluded in the regular courts in Armenia) by the Joint Programme funded by the European Union and Implemented by the Council of Europe Support for Access to Justice in Armenia.

Mr. Manukyan together with two international experts: Mr. Friedrich-Joachim Mehmel, a German judge and mediator, and Mr. Frans Van Arem, a Dutch judge and mediator, trained Armenian judges mediator's skills and discussed legal framework of mediation in Armenia and abroad.

Deputy Minister of Justice Mr. Aram Orbelyan also participated in the conference on 29th June, where he focused on the Armenian legislation improvement directions in relation to mediation during upcoming two years.
