New Arbitrator in ADR Partners

ADR Partners is pleased to announce that the former Deputy Minister of Justice Yeghishe Kirakosyan has joined the company in June, 2014.

 

Y. Kirakosyan previously worked for the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia as a Deputy Minister. He is a lecturer at American University of Armenia (AUA), Yerevan State University (YSU) and French University of Armenia (FUA).

 

Yeghishe Kirakosyan graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, where he continued his post-graduate studies and defended his PhD dissertation on the following topic “Custom in Contemporary International Law”. After finishing his studies at Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, USA, he got his Master’s degree at Georgetown University Law Center. 

 

The fact that Yeghishe Kirakosyan joined ADR Partners already proves progress and adoption of alternative dispute resolution in Armenia, which will be more stable and realistic with joint efforts and work. Yeghishe Kirakosyan is known for his skills and abilities of non traditional ways of dispute resolution, as well as for peaceful way of dispute resolution.
