On September 2, 2013, a round table on institutional arbitration will be organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with the Mediation Clinic of the American University of Armenia.

Deputy Ministers Yeghishe Kirakosyan and Aram Orbelyan will present their opening speech. Discussion will be moderated by Mushegh Manukyan, ADR Partners General Director.

The round table will be dedicated to the discussion of problems existing at institutional arbitration centers in Armenia - Arbitration court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia, Financial arbitration court, Financial system mediator and ADR Partners, as well as to the issues concerning arbitration and alternative dispute resolution resources development and vision in the Republic of Armenia.

Only limited number of professionals will participate in the round table,which will allow working out distinct steps for proper functioning arbitration system in Armenia.
