For the first time in Armenia Mediation Clinic of the American University of Armenia (AUA), founded as a result of cooperation between the AUA Legal Resource Center and ADR Partners, is organizing a mock competition dedicated to commercial arbitration, which will take place on May 11-12, 2013. The AUA Mediation Clinic provides a unique opportunity for students (undergraduate, post graduate) from legal departments of all universities of Armenia (both Yerevan and regions) to participate in this competition.

The participation will give the students a chance to acquire practical knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, develop rhetorical skills and get professional recommendations from top professionals in this field, including an international arbitrator and mediator of ADR Partners Aida Avanessian.

To register, each team shall fill in and present an application form within deadlines. The application form can be found in the "Materials" section of ADR Partners website.

The registration and participation is free of charge.

Honoring the participants and considering that many universities have received our official invitation  with delays, AUA Mediation Clinic has decided to extend the deadline for submission of participation applications from April 18 to April 23. All other terms will be unchanged. Please be reminded that April 23rd is only the deadline for submission of participation application, but the written memorials shall be submitted by May 2.
